I have only used CylancePROTECT support one time and they were very fast and responsive with the answers that solved my issue. That is the only reason I gave them a 7 as I have only had one interaction with them.

I have amazing relationships with several members of Cylance's team, and they are in a league of their own from a service perspective. I've even called account managers personally over weekends to obtain intel, feedback, etc. They deliver every time.
