We use Workspaces for training purposes as well as document sending across the whole company. All of our performance reports, client and candidate handouts, training materials, contracts, phone scripts, etc are housed here. When we send out company updates (weekly) a document is just updated and re-uploaded to our Workspaces folder.
  • Simple to download.
  • Easy to navigate.
  • Signs out unnecessarily.
  • Slow syncing (sometimes).
It's so easy to have running lists that constantly need updating to basically live in a folder on your desktop. Open and save it like a regular document and then it's synced company-wide! However, syncing issues and almost non-existent customer support means that you're basically on your own to figure things out by trial and error.

  • Instead of sending large documents through email, we use this.
I have never used anything besides Blackberry Workspaces (formerly Watchdox) so I am not sure how it stacks up against them.
I've personally never talked to anyone from customer support, but my boss has. It took him almost 2 weeks just to get a response back and it wasn't very helpful. We basically had to figure everything out on our own.
