Excited to keep on the automation journey with Blackline!
The Blackline community is helpful and supportive in a few issues that we've had with dates and variance analysis An upgrade fixed the comparison periods that we needed in variance analysis and now we used Variance analysis for Q1 2022.
During the COVID shutdown, BlackLine made sure that the staff we retained were provided unlimited training through their support center which included online training and virtual one-on-one training. This was extremely unexpected during a time when we weren't sure whether or not our Vendors could perform at the same level during the shutdown.

BlackLine Functionality
The support team was great in the first few years we started with the company. Each person was helpful and felt like they understood the products. They were able to resolve every issue we had timely. Within about the last 3 years the support team has drastically changed.

A couple of weeks ago, a Blackline Specialist, Teresa Platt, hosted a workshop for 1.5 hours/day for 3 days. The workshop was on Matching and was only for about 12 users/admins. The content was on-target and Teresa was a great facilitator/communicator. It was basically free consulting/training time! Teresa's mission was to help users/admins to better understand Matching.
