Highly recommend Bloomerang
- We've been able to better track donor data and have seen a higher retention rate in donors.
- We are able to track the click through rate of links in newsletters to determine what is being clicked on and how often, allowing us to better customize our newsletters.
- Because my organization has been using Bloomerang for only one year, we haven't yet studied what impact it has had on our ROI. We have, however, noted that we are able to more efficiently and more rapidly communicate with constituents now than we were able to before we had Bloomerang. We can quickly and efficiently generate acknowledgements and tax receipts - and do so - better than we ever did before.

Bloomerang paid for itself!
- We've increased our donor retention 7% by simply making it easier for us to send messages and have that info captured and know who needs to be followed-up up with. We haven't even really increased spending on mailings or number of mailings, we're just doing a better job at it.
- The ease of use is a HUGE change in our process. People are able to take the one minute it takes to pop in and note an interaction, call, meeting... it is awesome. Before we just didn't capture those things because no one thought to ask the data entry helpers and most of that fell on people strapped for time in the first place.
- We have enjoyed the ease of communicating with our board about the progress of campaigns, annual overview, and other things via the easy to pull and compile reporting tools.

Bloomerang is the way to go!
- Definitely a time saver! For example, we have an annual fundraiser and need to import a great deal of data (as many as 300 donations in one evening) that would take hours upon hours to do manually. It is such a simple upload and from there we are able to complete the reports needed for our Board of Directors to evaluate the success of the event.

Bloomerang - a great product for donor retention
- Bloomerang has had a positive ROI. We are now able to track who has given when. And we're more on top renewing people's gifts. Our retention rate has increased since using Bloomerang.
- Before using Bloomerang, our online donation process was not user friendly for our donors or for our staff. With more and more money being donated online, we are very pleased with how easy it is to incorporate Bloomerang's online giving forms to our website.
- By using the tracking information provided with the mass emails sent, we are able to see open and bounce rates, links clicked, etc. Seeing these numbers helps us to see what is popular with our readers and what needs work.
