While I am not directly engaged with Bloomfire on support (we have staff at the franchisor/corporate level who do that), Bloomfire has been very responsive in making changes and pursuing suggestions that come from our user network. This has manifested itself in the areas of content organization, reporting, look-and-feel, and other user experience-related areas.

I have not needed to pose questions to the support team yet, as it is a very simple piece of software to use, however, its help documents and the bot ready to answer questions let me know I am in good hands. The help center could load a little quicker, but that's my only complaint.

I have literally never seen a system issue with it. Many of the other programs we use have issues with crashing, not wanting to load, or other things where we need to log off and try again. We use Bloomfire to open a tool we use every day, and I have yet to see an issue.

Support has been first rate. The team communicates very clearly and is always quick to respond. They are a patient lot as they guide you through the answers and will proactively highlight a better way to achieve a desired result. Also, Bloomfire community itself is very helpful where users from other organizations ask their questions which we can refer to for instant solutions.

I have given it a 9 rating only because the information update doesn't happen in real time and due to our continued dependence on Bloomfire that can be an issue sometimes, especially when you're in a job that entails rates being frequently updated. The delay can also cause some confusion like passing on old information rather than the updated one to the customer which in turn might lead to customer dissatisfaction.
