The Blue People Insights Platform is a solution designed to support data-driven decisions at all levels of an organization. Blue is built to support important feedback processes, including course evaluations, central and major surveys, and 360-degree reviews. With Blue’s reporting engine – which includes metadata augmentation and analysis of open text comments – the user can provide the right results, in the right way, to the right stakeholders.
Metrics That Matter (MTM), an L&D effectiveness tool, automates the learning measurement process across the entire L&D portfolio. By combining data from enterprise systems (LMS, HRIS, etc.) with information collected through evaluations, MTM paints a complete picture of learning programs and business performance. With more than 1.5 Billion data points, Metrics That Matter boasts the largest validated source of learning impact benchmarks based on the latest research in learning analytics to give the user the best prescriptive insights on improving the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
