Our mobile virtual receptionist can be fully customizable. Communications and collaboration are more optimal through screen sharing, instant messaging and audio and video conferencing, we can interact with co-workers from anywhere. Business Landline phones can be added to a desk instantly, with no additional hardware required, and are ideal for setting up an office or other location without wiring. Our Windows or Mac computer can receive calls directly.
  • You can control your calls, wait, hang up, transfer, intercept, and park for a better client experience without being bothered.
  • You can control and keep an eye on calls from your preferred users and groups by personalizing your display.
Cons
  • I would like the Blueface subscription price to be more affordable.
For the sake of compliance and training, you can record your conversations and store your customer communications. You could have full control over all websites connected to your business phone account. Thanks to the program's corporate directory feature, you can access a contact database with click-to-call capabilities available online.
  • You may apply your automated office opening hours to your phone system's call routing/strategy and route calls based on the time of day.
  • It is possible to find work groups, assign phone users and communicate with everyone within a range of a number.
  • You might save money and have more effective business communications.
  • Track your calling patterns and make business decisions based on statistics.
  • Through the device history, you can monitor any changes or issues.
  • You can remotely check the availability of your employees using Blueface BLF.
Calls may be encrypted using Blueface's TLS/SRTP encryption, raising the level of security. You may track your call activity, obtain a report on your calls, and use analytics to guide business choices.
