I don't recall entirely what product it was we used before, but it was just following a link to access screen share. It was nice for clients not to have to download anything, however, BlueJeans allows us to record and start up a meeting as opposed to just clicking the link and accessing a call. I like that we have the option to record calls as well.

Our overall organization uses Skype. Parts of our company (Enterprise software) uses slack and Skype.

Skype is pretty painful to use (not sure if it's because our IT group is controlling a lot the policies).

Slack is a good messaging type channel following type tool. however, calls and screen sharing have problems. The calls quality can get very choppy on occasion. therefore I prefer BlueJeans as the connection is crisp, sound is clear, and screen share rarely have problems. however, please do make it so that I move or unpin that top screen sharing bar.

lifesize point to point video conferencing. We replaced it because this was a flawed system, did not have the one-touch dial, command center insights and calendar integration we've grown to love. Lifesize point to point also had a higher failure rate compared to bluejeans and would always drop in and out of meetings.

Highfive, we replaced it with bluejeans as the audio and video was quite poor. Also as we grew at a rapid rate the 30 maximum simultaneous calls limitation was becoming a big problem. Highfive really just couldn't scale with the business and we needed a solution for clear and reliable meetings

Big Blue Button, an open source conferencing solution that we used through our Learning Management System, Canvas. We needed a more flexible and dynamic environment that was accessible outside of the LMS, suited for corporate conferencing.
