Tickets will get stuck on pending for weeks or months, seems like nothing is automated to let the support person assigned to the case know that a ticket is open.

My own experience. As explained on more than one occasion, I have support when I need it, and immediately. Further, a very high percentage of issues get resolved almost immediately. Some that cannot be, I do get a follow up/revert. In all honesty, I have not availed of support from other platforms I have been using, so I cannot pass judgment on how BlueJeans support compares to them. That being said, BlueJeans support has worked great for me so far, and I haven't found it lacking. At least not without good reason.

I have had to make a few calls to BlueJeans, and the wait time was very brief. The support individual spoke clearly and competently. They seemed genuinely interested in making sure that I didn't leave the call without all my issues being resolves, not just the initial call. Thank you.

In all these years, there has been ONE instance when a problem I pointed out (with screenshots, no less) was DENIED. That apart, though there have been a few instances where there has been a delay in resolution (more to do with offering new features), I have NEVER felt frustrated about help not being on hand when I needed it most.

When I submit problem reports from the BlueJeans app, the problems I see seems to get resolved pretty quickly. So kudos to the BJ team if that can turn that around so quickly

They've been easy to contact, knowledgeable, and helpful. Tickets aren't left to die. Most of the time we don't need them, but in January 2018 when they switched from version 1 to 2, we needed support extensively, and this is the kind of situation where you learn what a company's support is really like. The version change was a disaster for us -- everything worked fine in 1, but in 2 we couldn't even hold a meeting because it keep disconnecting everyone, or audio didn't work, and all kinds of craziness, especially for people with Windows computers. They couldn't figure out what the problem was because they could not reproduce it. We finally asked them to give us version 1 back, and they did, but they continued to work on the issue until it finally got resolved. It took a couple months, but once it got resolved, we haven't had troubles with version 2 anymore.

The fact that I normally get a response within the hour to my tickets, and can reach out to our rep via slack during normal business hours has been great. this has been far above what we have gotten from other vendors and has really made the transition a lot easier

There has been some downside in terms of response but cant really fault heavily because it is expected when a large volume of users need help but there can only be so many people to assist. On the other hand the support team is very helpful in that they are willing and able to jump in your admin control panels and help host a meeting with you to troubleshoot issues or just make things go smoothly.
