Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I piloted Booker for a few months in my district, trying it to see if it might be an easier way to book COVID testing appointments. When it was explored, we were experiencing very very long lines (150+) for COVID testing. It made sense to explore options for parents and/or students to be able to better manage the scheduling experience. We also thought if we could explore it for COVID testing, we could use it for other events, such as registration for new students.

Cons
- customer service was sometimes challenging to get timely responses
- some of the features took a bit to learn from the end of those setting up the schedules
