This is a great application as it is. There is certainly room to grow, but from the improvement I've seen over the past 4 years, I expect the Brainshark team to continue to make the application easy to use and knock out the kinks. I had an issue that needed to be addressed by phone, and even when they couldn't fix my problem immediately, the help on the other end of the phone was top notch.

Our customers (internal employees) have expressed desired for online learning and we have received positive feedback on the Brainshark modules used in eLearning and communications. We are also increasing usage at the project level as the word spreads about the benefits of using Brainshark.

For the niche it fills in the content we produce, there aren't many alternatives. We want something a non-technical, non-design user can use to quickly create content that is distributable to an external audience. I'm not aware of a tool that does that and offers the same features.

We will renew Brainshark as long as the users continue to see its value by creating and viewing presentations. So far it has been invaluable for bulk trainings, and in conjunction with meetings. The only reason we would not renew is if a similar tool came along that was a little simpler and had better collaboration features.

Brainshark has been exactly what we needed when we needed it. It is easy to use, and is an effective training tool. The ease of use and comprehensive reporting options are reasons why we will continue to use Brainshark for years to come. Brainshark constantly updates and creates new services, so I'm sure there it will always be useful to us.

Brainshark has been very effective in helping us reach our goals. We are able to create engaging content to help employees gain a foundation of knowledge of our business prior to attending an instructor-led course. As a result class time is spent engaging in active learning activities to apply that knowledge.

Honestly, there's a number of factors as to why I labeled "likely to renew" as a 7. For one, it's used across the organization and I don't think we have a great alternative. Also, it does a good job of fulfilling what the product offers. In the right hands, it can be a very powerful tool and one that should be given consideration when developing use cases for LMS.
