Good product, easy to use
We use Brazen to host job fairs. Some have been community job fairs open to several businesses from various industries and some have been company specific to help one of our clients hire workers for several departments.
- Allowing exhibitor customization within virtual booths
- Managers participants (job seekers) really well setting up queues for exhibit booths
- East administration using a real-time event dashboard
- Allow company reps to refer participants to other reps in their booth
- Dashboard for employers to see how many participants are in queue to speak with them. Employer reps don't seem to know how much volume they have waiting
- 2 way communication via chat for administrator to employer reps may be helpful

Great product!
We have used Brazen for many virtual events across the organization. It helps us connect with potential candidates for our open positions! There have been many new enhancements that have been launched recently that are great, specifically the scheduled chat. This helps us choose which candidates we connect with and when.

Campus Recruiter at a Big Four review
Brazen is being used for virtual campus recruiting across most of our organizations. It is easy for both students/candidates to use and recruiting team/business professionals. It connects both parties on an easy-to-use platform that eliminates the need for individual school events and travel.

Great platform for filling your positions.
Our company uses brazen as a recruitment tool for sourcing and hiring our most difficult to fill and urgent need positions, typically those that have been open for over 90 days. It is used for various roles across the hospital setting, clinical and non-clinical. We were recommended the product by another one of our organization's divisions who had success using it in the past.
- Easy to use platform.
- Great customer service.
- Expedites recruitment process.
- I’d like there to be more than one recruiter allowed in a single “booth.”
- It would be great to have a 2-way video option so we could chat with candidates face to face.
- Screen share and document sharing would also be great so review benefits information.

Seasoned User & Happy!
Brazen in used in our Talent Acquisition department. We were a Brazen customer pre-covid so we were already ahead of the curve when it came to having a virtual platform to connect with job seekers. We use Brazen to host virtual events for job seekers, host weekly chat sessions with nurses and allied health professionals, and use the platform as a live chat function so we can have several ways for applicants to connect with our recruiters.

- Easy user experience from an administrator's perspective
- Integrating with other systems (CRMs, Careers Site, etc.)
- Data management and reporting
- Great customer service
- Quick and efficient support
- Recruiters being able to transfer chats to another recruiter during a live event
- More robust reporting/analytics
- In-person event management so that we can use one platform for all events regardless of if they are in-person or virtual
