It is a very good app to work manage to have all the information of the candidate in his complete file.Sometimes the app fails but it is very little when that happens and it does not allow access. It is good to be able to tag the people involved in each process

Breezy HR is okay as a basic place to store candidates that are in process. However, if you want to build out a robust recruiting technology platform, there are many other systems available for similar costs that allow for better candidate experience, better recruiting experience, and more data-driven reporting. If you employ serious Recruiters, they will be nothing short of frustrated with the lack of capabilities of the system, specifically around nurture campaigns, sourcing integrations, feedback forms, and reporting capabilities.

For a small-medium startup, there is no better tool than Breezy. It makes the lives of HR much easier, especially since candidature management is such a time-consuming responsibility in the post-covid world where they have so many firms gunning for the best hires.

Good tool to post jobs and eliminates the need to manually re-post jobs in different job boards. With a single click I'm able to post jobs to multiple posts including career sites with universities, etc.

One feature [that] would be good to have is to get some help/insights while writing job descriptions. For example, for marketing roles , it would be good to have some templates for specific roles that can help the job poster in creating the job description.

Working with many employees at the same time would be the perfect scenario to let us test all the potential that the Breezy HR platform has to offer, since its organizational capacity is large enough to be able to organize and coordinate the attendance and absence information of many workers without losing track of the job. Reviewing documents where data is needed about each employee's behavior, including their daily attendance hours, tracking of all the absences they have taken since starting at the company, and comments about their potential, which would be excellent for reporting during promotional seasons. The management of many employee lists through database services, which thanks to the platform's adaptation to cover external service software operations such as Microsoft Excel, means that it is possible to import employee databases when moving information from a storage platform.

We are using Breezy HR since 2 years. Breezy was working well during many weeks but, since 2 months, we still have problems. A lot of bugs appears since a big upgrade. We discuss with some people in Breezy in order to have some answer. One of them give us some replies (Dustin) but no solutions for the moment. We send a message to the CEO and He didn't give us any answer. We are still waiting 2 weeks in order to see if our bugs can be solve[d]. If not, we will definitively change our ATS.

Breezy would be a good product for someone who is not used to using an ATS. If you are an HR professional who has used ATS systems before, Breezy would cause a lot of frustrations. It doesn't perform on the level that software available in 2020 should. You have to constantly refresh your browser, our posted jobs don't feed into Indeed even though they're supposed to. Calendar integrations fail at least once a week, causing me to have to reschedule interviews. There are so many random bugs and glitches in this system that need to be fixed. If you have hiring deadlines to meet, Breezy is not for you. It goes down all of the time and getting support is very challenging.

In my opinion, Breezy HR is well suited for any hiring process that involves employees outside of an HR department. It keeps things logical and organized in a way that everyone understands and feels good about, and it helps keep your candidate scoring focused on their skill sets instead of potentially biased opinion. While I see it having less effect on hiring processes where the exact same trained HR professionals conduct the entire screening, interview, and hiring processes from start to finish, it certainly would still make their lives easier by streamlining the job post and candidate material organization.

It's really good if you are looking for an all in one solution to your hiring needs. Especially if you are not currently using an ATS or something similar. If you are looking to make your hiring more organized and set up a pipeline for candidates moving through your hiring process, then it is worth looking into.

It's really good if you want an easy to use ATS that will be simple to implement. My team was able to get up and running with this in a matter of days. If your hiring team is mid to large sized then it's really perfect for you. The pricing might be an issue if you are a smaller company. And I am not sure if this is built for recruitment firms or if you do a lot of contract based hiring. Other than that, it's really great. They even have a free trial/version that you can use to test it out.

We would hire tons of bad employees, people who simply didn't fit in the school, and would be stuck wondering why it kept happening. We kept sourcing from the same places Breezy did, so we couldn't figure out what was going wrong. When we got Breezy, we figured out that it was our messaging. Breezy gave us the ability to frame our message and not have to worry about how it would be implemented across multiple sites. We now have a unified message, and are able to put the questionnaires in to place, securing more relevant hires. Not all of them are perfect, but a lot more are sticking around, and are very capable individuals.

It's really good if you are looking to create a simple, straightforward pipeline of your hiring process. It's pretty good at keeping track of communication with candidates as well. Plus it has a ton of templates you can use so you can save a bunch of time while posting jobs or moving people through your hiring process.

Breezy is well suited for:

  • Companies hiring less than 5 people/month (5 is a little bit arbitrary, but I think if you're consistently hiring 5+ people, you should check out the enterprise tools).
  • Small HR teams.
  • Startups that have low hiring budgets and unpredictable growth.

Breezy isn't suited for:

  • Companies with robust HR organizations that are hiring 5+ people/month.
  • Companies hiring for technical roles (you'd be better off going with a platform that specializes in the particular skills assessments you'll want to use).

Breezy HR is great for small to medium sized businesses that don't want to spend a lot of time managing the recruitment process. With its drag-and-drop interface it's easy for anyone to use and learn the system. If you are looking to hire for a lot of different positions that each need their own recruitment process and contracts, then Breezy HR may not be the right choice for you. However, it is priced well and easy to use.

I think Breezy HR is really well suited for an internal hiring team that is looking for an affordable way to get good software to manage their hiring process. In particular, I think it's better for small teams due to the jobs-based pricing and the lack of integrations to large CRMS. For a team that's looking to work together (they have comments and feedback options), use nice looking and efficient software, and loves the idea of visualizing your hiring pipeline in a Kanban board - this is perfect! Their pricing beats out their competition, and they are a very responsive and helpful team when you need them.
