  • I would have had to employ and train more staff to cope with our growth without Brightpearl by Sage. That's a lot of money, a lot of time, and it doesn't always work out.
  • We can now scale without concern. As the business grows, Brightpearl by Sage can handle it without issue.
  • While I can't provide exact numbers, we've seen very positive year-on-year growth since we chose Brightpearl by Sage. With more time on their hands, both my staff and I can get on with the business of making money rather than juggling spreadsheets, which is, as everyone knows, an absolute nightmare.

  • The user interface is quite simple and easily navigated.
  • The cost of the product is very competitive, especially with the inventory capabilities.
  • The ineffective initial training was a problem, causing delays in processing some work.
  • The double accounting system makes adjustments tricky; other systems automatically do both sides of a transaction and you don't necessarily see it; while this is quite evident in the Brightpearl ledger and can make it tricky for the non-accounting minded to follow.

  • We are managing our shipping out of orders with less man hours than before. Even through our holiday season we saw a decrease in overtime and needed didn't need to pull people from other departments to help get packages out.
  • We need less man hours to pick and process orders. It used to be a four step process before orders got to shipping. Now it is a two step process, it is considerably faster.

  • We would not be able to trade on our 12 channels without BrightPearl. It's as simple as that.
