Brivo has become a go-to solution for users looking to enhance facility safety through access control management. With Brivo, users can centrally manage and monitor access across multiple locations, providing them with ease of use and availability that customers appreciate. The primary use case for Brivo is to restrict access to non-employees, ensuring better security by providing restricted access only to authorized individuals.

One of the standout features of Brivo is its integration capabilities with third-party devices, apps, and platforms. This allows users to leverage innovative solutions in areas such as thermostats, workplace management, and video surveillance. Moreover, Brivo simplifies the collection and reporting of badge data, empowering users to make informed real estate decisions. Additionally, Brivo eliminates the need for physical fobs and clickers by enabling remote opening of doors and gates, offering users greater convenience.

By allowing for remote support and real-time security through functions like remotely opening doors and setting office hours for unlocking doors, Brivo has earned high praise from users who value the automation of IT work and improved security it provides. Users also appreciate the simplicity and convenience of having one system for all their offices. Whether it's for building access, security, or property monitoring on a daily basis, Brivo proves to be a reliable solution. It is particularly useful for securing facilities after standard business hours while still providing 24-hour access to tenants.

The integration with Nexudus has proven highly beneficial by providing access to visitors without manual intervention. This streamlines the process while maintaining a high level of security. Moreover, Brivo has replaced traditional access control systems with physical keys, enabling remote management and easy user access. It offers various methods of granting access including PINs, prox cards, fobs, and mobile passes—an ideal feature for enhancing user management capabilities.

Overall, Brivo offers an effective solution for managing access control systems remotely while enhancing facility safety measures. Its integration capabilities further expand its functionality, making it a versatile tool for businesses. With positive feedback from users and customers alike, Brivo continues to be a trusted choice in the realm of access control and security.

Due to the integration with Nexudus, we chose this solution so that we did not have to provide building and coworking access manually to everyone visiting our space. We could not be happier with the Nexudus integration, allowing us just create the rules and focus on our core business. We are also a real estate owner/operator and have historically managed our building access in a traditional way with physical keys or a local access control system. Due to our positive experience through the coworking space, we decided to update two of our larger buildings with Brivo, and it has been great. We no longer have to run over to assist locked-out people; we can now open the doors remotely. It also helps us manage users easily as well as offer access via PIN, prox cards or fobs, and mobile passes. Initially, we rolled this out for building, elevator, and stair access, but now tenants are asking us to provide this for their spaces.
  • Brivo works great as a stand-alone cloud-based access control management system for commercial real estate.
  • Brivo has great integrations, especially with Nexudus, so that access can be provided automatically as customers and members require access.
  • Brivo has responsive customer support.
  • Brivo integrates with Eagle Eye for security surveillance.
  • Brivo is currently upgrading its UI and there have been some minor hiccups.
Brivo is a great cloud-based access control system. It is exactly what you want in this type of platform: solid, reliable, straightforward, and easy to use. We were in the process of rolling out a coworking space and initially became interested in Brivo due to its integration with Nexudus. Upon learning more about Brivo, we realized it was incredibly stable and scalable and decided to deploy it in two of our larger commercial office buildings.
  • Robust.
  • Easy to use.
  • Great integrations.
  • Saves so much time.
  • Keeps us organized.
  • Tenants are asking us to deploy to their spaces, helping us transition from physical keys.
At the time, Kisi did not allow for differing access based on elevator floors, but this may have changed.

We use Brivo daily for building access, security, and property monitoring. Our facility is located in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz and we have a need to secure the facility after standard business hours, yet we still need to provide 24-hour access to our tenants. We maintain two unique facilities one being an office building above a public market that includes both building and elevator access and the other being a trash district servicing five buildings in the downtown area.
  • Tracking who is coming and going and at what time.
  • Video monitoring capabilities.
  • Intuitive software for trouble shooting or programming schedules.
  • Generating usage reports.
  • I'm happy as is, Brivo serves my organizations needs.
We maintain a trash district for five buildings and we have recently undergone a trash audit with the city of Santa Cruz and an independent auditor to accurately bill the tenants of the district by type of business and usage. Brivo has been instrumental in providing access reports and video event capture to assist in tenant usage as well as identifying the type of refuge each tenant is disposing of. The system is easily set up to allow limited access to outside users for projects like this. The ability to run reports at any given time and by select dates has been a useful tool.
  • Security and Monitoring.
  • Brivo is reliable and saves us money over time.
Brivo was the product of choice because of its capabilities and the ability to upgrade to different modules.
