The call quality and cost are unbeatable. I have never once been "accused" of using a broadband-based telecom provider. With the others, it was always apparent and somewhat mocked. That never happens with Broadvoice.

Broadvoice was less expensive. Mitel was better because of the clickable phone numbers-saved me a lot of time. Mitel was better because it was more customizable-the phone numbers display on my Broadvoice landline as 5012345578 with no dashes, etc. I am dyslexic and this is very confusing for my eyes and brain. Mitel allowed me to customize it as (501) 234-5578-I have been told by Broadvoice this is not possible. Mitel had a log of missed/recent calls I could easily click to call back.

It is the cost per service. I get more options and services for the amount I pay Broadvoive. In addtion, the mobile flexibility adds an extra feature that is truly valued. It's like having a desk and mobile phone system. I also value the layers of fallback integration to make sure every call has an opportunity to get answered.

I had Vonage for several years. In the office, their service was reliable. When out of the office using their app, I had repeated issues intermittently. Their price point was more than Broadvoice. I changed at the advice of my telephone consultant and am glad I did. I especially like how their phone app allows me to forego the physical phone.

Broadvoice has better user ability, ease of use, and reliability. We have a solid partner with Braodvoice that has allowed us a scale our business while we grow and continue to be highly supportive of our clients, in and out of the office.

Broadvoice has a very strong offering compared to some of the more well known providers in the Magic Quadrant. In my opinion they offer better support during the implementation process, which is important. They also allow you to schedule ports for a specific time, unlike some other providers. They can turn around orders very fast and get customers up and running quickly.
