Broadvoice replaced our Comcast Business Voice & Mobility Line. We replaced it because Comcast kept going up year after year. I have to call every so often to have them review my bill & help me get the bill back down a little bit. We also paid for "caller ID," but it hadn't worked for the last two years. I called to ask about it, but all they could say was that I had "caller ID," so it should have worked. The people I spoke with her kind when I called, but sometimes it would get frustrating being on the phone for half an hour and getting nowhere. Overall, I am much happier with Broadvoice.

Broadvoice replaced SolveIT "My Call." We replaced this service when we changed IT teams. I was not involved in the initiation process for broadvoice, but with the change in IT team, we started using broadvoice.
