Our organization uses the Budgyt Software in order to create a yearly budget that has 50 plus accounts to monitor throughout the year. The product has assisted me with being able to create a budget with ease as our company was using an outdated excel spreadsheet that was not user friendly.
  • The software provides ease in making edits and changes while working with many scenarios that can be created within the platform.
  • The visualizations are extremely helpful for presentations.

Budgyt has been a lifesaver for our organization! The software is very user friendly when it comes to creating several scenarios for budgets and forecasts. It has eliminated the struggles of maintaining an excel spreadsheet that was not user friendly. The software is well suited for anyone that is looking for a user-friendly platform that is easy to learn, provides standard and customization options for providing visualizations to use for presentations. I have also enjoyed the training that Budgyt provides in a recording format and stores in your "library" to review at your leisure.

During my first year of working within the budget software, I had to go through some training while trying to meet deadlines for meetings. The team at Budgyt was very accommodating and made sure I was equipped with the knowledge that I needed to be successful.

As a nonprofit, I have 6 business managers who provide variance reports in Budgyt. We use Quickbooks and then export actual data to Budgyt, which houses our annual budget. The budgets are created by each manager and they are held to any variances. They then use these variances as one of their tools in setting the next year's budget...

  • Rolling up or expanding the data based on the audience
  • Automatic import or export for Quickbooks Desktop...but this is coming very soon!!
For a nonprofit with a budget or $3-$4M, it is perfect and I cannot imagine where it would not fit in. They have talked about a lot of additions that I believe will make this the perfect tool for any company, but for me, it is perfect--well, almost perfect!
  • Other than the time factor for all managers and for myself, we have not seen additional ROI from it. But time is hugely valuable to us as a nonprofit with limited staff.
There is no comparison! Budgyt all the way!

This is such an easy software to support because Budgyt provides most of the support. So the type of person could be just about anyone.
