This tool allows the human resources department to achieve appropriate results according to current needs, without a doubt the relationship with clients and all possible candidates for our job has improved significantly and noticeably. This tool offers us functions to improve the presence of our candidates, such as the way of involving people from the web, allowing the creation of small forms to acquire data and possible professional profiles. As it is, we avoid having complicated paper forms that previously generated delays and a long work time.
- Adequate configuration according to the job vacancy.
- Extensive form tools which can be customized.
- Initial setup can be a bit cumbersome.
- Customizing the forms is a simple task but in the beginning, it was difficult for us due to our low experience.

We use Bullhorn Connexys to help us recruit, hiring, and manage the complete recruitment and applicant tracking process. We use it to manage the placement and activities of all employee data necessary to manage that placement. All of the data is accessible in one system and provides us with a complete array of reports.

In our organization, we utilize Bullhorn to connect with potential job candidates for positions that we believe would be a good fit for them. Bullhorn helps us with matching the candidate with the right job for them. It not only helps our company and the candidate but it helps with the client as well because they are receiving someone who is the best fit for the position.

Bullhorn is a much quicker process than Indeed. I used both platforms and have had success with both. However, if I want a job filled quicker my best bet is bullhorn because it instantly gets delivered to the candidate's email. Whereas Indeed, the candidate has to log into the website to see my job posting.
