  • The technology is from the 80's, and I was using computers in the 80's so I remember.
  • You can get a human being on the phone - eventually.

  • No return on investment. Now paying for 2 CRM systems as Bullhorn auto-renewed without my knowledge, and after I was told on the phone my contract will put on to a rolling contract

  • Availability of candidates is very less in Bullhorn thus leading to lack of business for the recruitment firm
  • Due to bullhorn cost came down as previously the company was using an ATS and independent resume boards like Monster, Careebuilder, Dice.

  • For a long time, we lost a lot of candidate traction due to only using Bullhorn and our website. We were not receiving as many candidates.
  • Takes a long long time to learn - streamlining processes would be nice. Could have saved the company time and used it to recruit and make more money.
