- Bullhorn ATS & CRM has a great impact on our objectives - we're able to track clients from decades ago so that we can reach out to reestablish a relationship
- It has saved us time and helped our company be so much more organized

- The technology is from the 80's, and I was using computers in the 80's so I remember.
- You can get a human being on the phone - eventually.
- The help center information was written by programmers for programmers.
- Better candidate experience.

- Bullhorn was not that effective as per expectations and we had to revert back to our old ATS
- Availability of candidates is very less in Bullhorn thus leading to lack of business for the recruitment firm
- Due to bullhorn cost came down as previously the company was using an ATS and independent resume boards like Monster, Careebuilder, Dice.

- Lots of data to fill in, and not already done by everyone so metrics cannot always be tracked (more a comment about the culture organizations than Bullhorn directly)

Bullhorn is the Future of Recruiting management
- For a long time, we lost a lot of candidate traction due to only using Bullhorn and our website. We were not receiving as many candidates.
- Takes a long long time to learn - streamlining processes would be nice. Could have saved the company time and used it to recruit and make more money.
