  • Only had it for a few months, but I'm finding it to be worthless.
  • The technology is from the 80's, and I was using computers in the 80's so I remember.
  • You can get a human being on the phone - eventually.
  • The help center information was written by programmers for programmers.

  • Bullhorn caused me to take time from my business to manage the issues they created cost me time and placements.
  • Their entitled employees cause me mental anguish worrying if they will purposely delay solving issues that will cause my business issues because they have done this before.

  • Bullhorn was not that effective as per expectations and we had to revert back to our old ATS
  • Availability of candidates is very less in Bullhorn thus leading to lack of business for the recruitment firm
  • Due to bullhorn cost came down as previously the company was using an ATS and independent resume boards like Monster, Careebuilder, Dice.

  • For a long time, we lost a lot of candidate traction due to only using Bullhorn and our website. We were not receiving as many candidates.
  • Takes a long long time to learn - streamlining processes would be nice. Could have saved the company time and used it to recruit and make more money.
