It is used to engage and expedite the process of onboarding. It helps scaling our company efficiency and create a more streamlined process of automation throughout the company using an intuitive platform. it really has helped our company with creating new rules and a tailored approach for the way our company functions.

It has helped with our onboarding immensely and provided a foundation to create a unique flexible engagement within our company because of its size it has aided us a ton. I can't imagine how useful this product would be in a very small company.

I think Bunchball just has a cleaner interface which makes it more appealing to the end user and has a great team supporting the product that does a great job in advocating and demoing the product.
I cannot complain. I have only loved using it and forgot what its like to not use it!

Well suited for devs that are very amateur level and an Enterprise that doesn't have the budget for a lot of custom software. This tool makes that way easier of a process and cost.

  • Brand awareness is hard to put an ROI on.
  • ROI was the reason we stopped using it.
  • Price becomes more than worth, for us at least.
SalesScreen has way fewer capacities, but it is cheaper. We also appreciated the support at SalesScreen and we almost switched back to it.
It works well for what it can do, and we didn't experience many bugs. But long-term it just wasn't ROI positive for our organization.

It is used to gamify our sales team and give us more insight into our sales results.
  • It enables the end-user to develop, manage and optimize game mechanics.
  • Salesforce and other integrations make it really easy and convenient to add to your technology stack.
  • The software supports notifications, social shares and leaderboards and users have complete control over all activities that are created while using a number of game templates.
  • I have noticed that it is a software that is constantly lagging.
  • The UI could be a little more aesthetically pleasing.
  • I have to redo the social shares because the connectivity isn't fully there.
It is a great tool when you have a young sales team that is looking to mature and be incentivized and you need to measure the results. With a more mature sales team, I don't think it successfully drives engagement and gamify's the sales process as much. In both instances, it provides a great opportunity to engage sales teams that are just starting out or are in a dip of an engagement.
