We use BurrellesLuce for media monitoring - mainly print media and online content (but not social media). It helps keep track of placements as well as trend spot.
- It's a competitively priced service for media monitoring.
- It offers quick overviews and we get monthly and yearly reports on placement values.
- It's easy to use.
- Occasionally placements are missed and other times we get clips that are not for us. These mistakes have been taken care of fast and seamlessly.
- It's a great tool to use for monitoring and reporting on clips generated and their value
- Clients can easily see media value generated each month
- The generated value might not be 100% "true" but offers a great measuring tool
We use Cision for media databases mostly. In the past we've used a variety of clipping services. For social media we use Hootsuite, mention, viraltag, etc.
