Bytes Route is a codeless tool that enables non-tech people to provide in-app guides and tooltips for a smooth onboarding experience.
It is designed to be straightforward so that it doesn’t require a developer or a consultant to use. It aims to enable the user to publish a first product tour in less than 2 minutes.
*The initial set-up requires a one-time code snippet insertion in a web domain (near the end of the pages, right before the closing tag) to make the connection between the web app or web product and Bytes Route.
Users can create and edit all tours through the Chrome extension directly on a website or web app, or create multilingual product tours and tooltips and track their performance to make sure a tour is efficient.
The vendor's value proposition for their product tour software is:
Increased user satisfaction and experience
Less customer support tickets
Increased product consumption
Increased customer retention
Meaningful sales demo follow-ups
Improved trial-to-customer conversion rate
Increased efficiency of the onboarding process
Faster employee onboarding
Scalable training effort: every tour available to every student
Allow users or students to retake the tour as many times as they need
For non-technical professionals looking to get things done:
SaaS companies with main focus on product adoption and consumption,
Early start-ups, customer-centric and focused on fast growth,
E-commerce websites to educate their customers in specific processes like purchasing process or account creation
Marketers with low access to technical resources in charge of the onboarding process
Product Managers when presenting to the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support colleagues the new feature
Sales Reps when they want to have meaningful and valuable follow-ups
Onboarding managers that want to add an interactive dimension to the traditional onboarding process.
