The platform is easy to use and we really don't have any complaints with using it so far. The information is invaluable for clients that rely on phone calls to drive more business. Not much negative to say about it at this point. We're actually really happy with it so far and the cost is manageable.

As mentioned before - the usability is great! There are some minor issues with downloading some of the data in .csv. It's not super intuitive. But CallRail has also a great connector tool for Google Data Studio so clients can quickly see how many calls are answered, how many abandoned, how many calls are over 2 minutes etc.

CallRail is pretty easy to use and has a nice UI. For UI snobs, or compared to a company like BareMetrics, there is some to be desired in terms of flash, but it is indeed usable. There haven't been many times that we've been unable to find what we need, and among those times, most stem from a lack of experience with the product on our part as opposed to a usability flaw from CallRail.
