Carbonite Endpoint

Carbonite Endpoint 360 support is exceptional. Any time assistance is needed a technician has been very helpful. It is very easy to setup the service but if there are any issues (and they are rare) technicians are efficient and helpful. If one is technical, they do not waste time providing whitepapers or providing full support for non-savvy users.

Does what it needs to do quietly and efficiently in the background without interrupting the workflow. It offers instant automated back-ups without troubling the end user. As it is such an automated system, once it is up and running, there is little or no support needed from the service provider. From what I understand the support from Carbonite during the setup and implementation was absolutely fine.

Always helpful

Tech was very knowledgeable about the product and the installation process. He was able to assist with the installation and we had it all completed in less than 45 minutes time. Just a phone call away for support! I would not hesitate in using them for your install and set-up as they will make sure all your I's are dotted and T's are crossed!

The support staff was excellent. We were able to reach them quickly without having to jump through loops. They were polite and helpful and my turn around time to fix the issues I contacted them for was very good. Overall I had no issues with their support.

This rating is solely based on the ease of use of the product. As I've not had to engage in custom policy writing, my experiences have been limited to the management console, which has been easy to understand and has not necessitated a call to support. I'd be interested in hearing from their solutions experts on how they mitigate the privacy concerns around device tracking, however.

The one flaw of Carbonite is its support. When we've had to reach out in the past, they left a bit to be desired and we didn't really get the answers we were hoping for.
