CareAcademy is a training platform designed to help home health agencies, franchises, and caregivers streamline training activities in compliance with various regulations.

Key features of CareAcademy include white-labeling, reporting, automated text/email reminders, and multiple role types. The centralized dashboard allows agencies to gain insights into class completions, compliance, overall training progress, and individual certifications. Supervisors can upload content to create custom quizzes, virtual training sessions, and other activities. Additionally, administrators can assign classes to caregivers and edit curriculums according to requirements.

CareAcademy facilitates integration with various third-party systems such as ClearCare, Alayacare, and more. The product is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via live chat, phone, email, and other online measures.

I haven't run into too many problems with CareAcademy. The main one I need help with is when caregivers run out of attempts to pass a course. The live chat feature through CareAdademy is beneficial. can send them an instant chat, and they respond within a few minutes to assist. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

  • I wish there were options to pick and choose courses within the purchase package. Some of the courses in our package we will never use. It would be nice to have the option to select additional courses in place of these.
We are solving the problems of consistent training and accessibility to training. It can be a challenge scheduling everyone and making sure that everything is presented in the same capacity and mannger.
It helps tremendously with tracking and reporting initial and continuing education. I can also use it to do review training to refresh new skills. It is easier for our employees to use.
