Carrd is presented as simple, free, fully responsive one-page sites for pretty much anything. Carrd Pro is available for $19 per year, and provides custom domains, the ability to publish content to multiple more sites (three are available on the free plan), widgets and embeds, and contact and sign-up forms, as well as premium templates and no "made with Carrd" branding.
