Great Solution Provider Trusted For Years
They are more competitive at some solutions while also lacking in others. Primarily when going against products that solely focus on one area.
Office Depot and SHI do have great representatives but have found CDW to be very encompassing as far as Information Technology is concerned.

Better Suited for Large Organizations
CDW is still easier to work with than SHI. While CDW has its issues, at least they make an effort to communicate. It has been difficult to even get basic communications out of SHI.

This makes it very simple to pick up the phone and call just one person, to get something ordered or a request to meet a vendor initiated. It also makes it very simple to call one person, when something goes wrong and get assistance.
