Great Solution Provider Trusted For Years
- Website is very convenient and easily navigated.
- Quotes are always competitive.
- The range of products and services that they provide is outstanding.
- Response time in emailed requests for quotes could be more prompt.
- Communication could be improved by responding to email requests just to let your customers know that you received it and are working on it.

Better Suited for Large Organizations
- Pricing.
- The breadth of offerings.
- Fast shipping.
- High staff turnover.
- Small organizations are treated as second-class citizens.
- Seems to have an agenda based on what their vendors are offering them for incentives.

- Great prices for a non-profit
- They know how to work with you and your budget
- They work with the them major brands and provide good support on pretty much everything
- Not sure. Our company has worked with them for many years.

CDW - A Sound Solutions Provider
- Works well to understand business and needs of ongoing IT environment
- Offers vendor agnostic solutions that could be implemented with any off the shelf hardware
- Acts a mediary with vendors, to resolve any issues or problems
- Scheduling CDW resources can be somewhat tricky
- Project Management, some projects can exceed the initial hours as listed in SOW
- Cost, their prices are not always the lowest, and than dealing with a vendor directly
