What is CEIPAL WorkForce?

Ceipal Workforce is a HRMS solution that provides a oversight of enterprise Workforces. It is designed to give users a smoother workflow with a system that manages and automates the employee life cycle, as well as timesheets and employee leave, capture of job information, work authorization, and automatic reminders that alert users to upcoming expirations from a single dashboard.

Ceipal Workforce also comes with immigration management modules that allow users to download LCAs directly from the DoL website, track the complete H1-B lifecycle and customize PAFs for every employee. From I-9s to Greencards, Ceipal Workforce tracks the important paperwork for immigration management. With Ceipal Workforce users can oversee payroll, monitor payables and receivables, and automate calculations and approvals for financial management. Ceipal Workforce enables users to understand their workforce with customizable dashboards, used to generate dynamic and editable reports to provide an overview of the data that is important for the business.
