There should be a chat feature built right into different areas of the system where if I am in payroll, for example, and don't understand how to resolve an error, I can send a message to get instant clarity/support/help.
- edit capabilities and better format options on the fixed format reports. We should be able to have an option to convert a fixed report into a customizable report and have more than just PDF as a format option on most of the payroll reports.

- Ceridian Dayforce timekeeping is very easy to use and implement
- Ceridian Dayforce wallet is a great feature that many of our employees utilize
- Navigation of the platform is easy to understand and follow
- entitlement configuration is rather clunky and can be hard to follow at times. There should also be small descriptions on each rule and what the use case are for each

Dayforce: Great product but has its limitations.

- Functionality is very scalable and robust
- User interface is clean and straightforward to use
- Mobile app is very useful
- The system appears to be have some shortfall like with Meal waivers and icons on the timesheet
- Implementation team sometime make errors in our configuration, causing processes to not work as intended
- dependent upon who get in Customer Support, the guidance and information provided may not be 100% accurate
Ceridian Takes the Difficulty Out of Dealing with Multiple Collective Bargaining Agreements.
- Very easy to use interface from SAP Fiori to Ceridian DayForce.
- Ceridian Reporting is easy to use and even easy with creating your own custom reports.
- Easy front end access for employees to access their Payroll forms and paystubs.
- There have been a few instances of users being locked out of Ceridian due to recent upgrades. Not ideal when an employee wants to see their paystub and is suddenly have login issues.
- Not the best for when an employee is transferred to another country as their employee number is locked to their SIN or SSN. And, we are required to create a new user record with a new employee number for the new country.
Ceridian is not ideal when an employee has transferred to a different country. (As previously mentioned, we are required to create a new user record which with our setup requires the existing employee to be hired in the new location).

- I love having TAM Services.
- My CRE/TAM and AE are a great team and make me feel like part of the Dayforce family. They are always quick to resolve any issues.
- I was appointed Dayforce Ambassador, which is a great group that shares its knowledge and experiences.
- It is difficult to set up a time for a ticket when a Technical Consultant is in a time zone with many hours difference.
- Still unable to change to 2 decimal points in Compensation Module.
- With Power BI - difficult to bring in payroll reports as they are date driven by pp#.

- Limiting data view to specific roles (Manager, VP, HR, employee views)

- Changing employee pay via a structured form
- Setting up workflows to allow multiple approvers before a final approval.
- Reassigning a manager to an employee when the original manager resigns/ is terminated.
- Ability to drag any field in Dayforce into a custom report.

- Training- The Ceridian Education Center has a wealth of information and courses available.
- Availability of implementation staff by email.
- During implementation, I believe that the ICs need to have more conversations with the clients about current processes and changes that the clients would like to make. This would help the configuration process run a lot more smoothly.
- Communication amongst their own configuration/implementation team members- sharing documents, information, etc.

- Wallet - we see a great adoption rate
- Pay policies - helps us automate a lot of premiums
- Entitlements - we are able to automate pretty much many premiums
- Onboarding - First Time Access emails and Guided processes
- Payroll - automatic tax authority assignments based on locations
- Pay policies should have a "Move under" ability to avoid us clicking multiple times to move a rule
- The ability to drag and drop form controls as opposed to having to write XML coding
- The ability to use few more types of recurrence dates for entitlements that should be triggered on various dates that are not equally spaced
- Dayforce should have the ability to distinctly read separate shifts on the same day.. It should not club all shifts in Timesheets.. for example, a shift that occurs in the morning , let's say employee is guaranteed their Early out.. employee leaving late in the second shift must trigger an OT outside schedule in this example.. Dayforce should not club all scheduled hours in all shifts that day to trigger this OT
- Pay adjustments must not start at 12:00 AM, they should start at the beginning of the scheduled shift.. and if not, it should be triggered at any start time the admin chooses. Current functionality is inadequate

Ceridian Dayforce HCM saved us time and money!
- Dayforce is extremely customizable.
- It is quick, efficient, and accurate when paying employees.
- It has automated a number of our previously manual processes.
- The service support model is difficult at times.
- If you need changes to your configuration done by Ceridian, it is very costly.
- For a global tool, you can only process payroll for an employee on one country's payroll at a time.
- Reporting. It has an extensive report builder with stock reports, ad-hoc reports, and the ability to build your own custom reports.
- Payroll. The continuous payroll engine makes processing complex payrolls much easier and faster.
- Forms. The stock forms are a great jumping off point to start creating custom forms that work better for your processes and organization.
- Documentation. Every module is well documented, and you're always bound to learn something if you read through them properly!
- Customer Support. They are great at innovation, but it can be frustrating trying to get support for features because they're always at high ticket volume. They have different support tiers based on your organization's size, so if you're a smaller customer, it is hard to get consistent support.
- Functionalities are not always consistent across modules. Some areas of Ceridian Dayforce have audit capabilities to track data changes, but some don't, and it's hit or miss which features have them.

- The reporting feature is very robust though can be challenging if one does not know the back-end for advanced purposes.
- Effective dating can cause an issue when mass importing data.
- Retro functionality when importing time during a prior pay period.

- Easy to implement pay cards to replace paper checks.
- Geofencing for clocking in and out at remote sites.
- Great reporting capabilities.
- Customer service has decreased since COVID.
- More features on the mobile app, like approvals.
