Managing leads across three tiers has always been challenging. But Channelyze aims to make it easy for any partner or distributor to capture, track, register and close leads. A chat feature for each lead helps improve the communication across the channel and increases the chances of closing the lead.
Intelligent deal registration
Providing partners with a way to protect their deals from being closed by other partners is an important yet challenging process for many vendors. It often requires the vendor to have manual oversight of the sales activities taking place and can be prone to error.
With Channelyze, vendors can define the exact criteria that partners must meet in order to benefit from deal protection and those eligible partners can register to protect their deals with a single click. Channelyze uses a fuzzy matching process to alert the vendor when a partner tries to register a deal that has already been registered by another partner and lets the vendor reject the new registration request.
It is a well-known fact that renewals are difficult to manage, especially when working with channel partners. The traditional CRM and PRM systems are not built for this purpose.
