Amazing Experience That Still Holds Up
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use ChartHop for general visualizations for proof of concepts, newer ideas that are less mature in their development and also for more pitch-focused objectives that involve executive audiences. We also use this product for straightforward org chart development. The scope of our scale deals with gigabyte-level data and our audience is in the hundreds as to who sees our visualizations.
Pros
- Easy chart manipulation
- Good color schemas
- Readable fonts that those who can't see as well can see
Cons
- When org charts or other visualizations get really big, the UI gets very buggy
- Sometimes the platform will randomly lag or will automatically refresh and I will lose progress
- Can sometimes be difficult for new users to learn due to new features that have been added. Lots to try and learn.
Return on Investment
- This relationship is not as clear
- When comparing this service to others, it may simply be a matter of preference
- This visualization platform is only a way to enables ideas that will increase things like ROI. I don't see it as something that impacts revenue.
