Chatter Works for Us
- Positive executive visibility

Chatter is obsolete
- Alerts people
- Has no impact on ROI
A Crucial Component in Managing Work Flow Communication
- Significant ROI
- A daily task enabler for higher productivity
Chatter: A collaborative communication tool
- I do not have insight into ROI, but we have invested in many tools like this and it seems to be comparable.
Great way to keep up with updates!
- It's not used a lot in my department, but other departments certainly use it to keep up.
Chatter: A great feature of Salesforce!
- Chatter helps all team members stay on the same page.
Gladder with Chatter
- Added to ease of communication
- Saves time
As a sales-rep, Chatter is a forget-able feature that has little impact on day to day activities
- Faster delivery of information from internal Support teams.
Only a must-have if you already use Salesforce
- It works with your SFDC so you don't pay extra for it.
- It is being used only by a part of the organization so we need to have another internal communication tool for all the employees.
- The return on investment is null, it has no direct impact on the performance of the teams.
Chatter Review
- Easy communication that otherwise would be missed. Time spent communicating with staff via email or in-person has been the biggest ROI.
Chatter Review
- Positively impacted our switch to Lightning as I am able to share information in one place.
An Excellent Collaboration Tool

Chatter is a simple, useful tool

- Increased revenue due to better collaboration.
- Faster deal cycle due to increased communication.
Check out my thoughts on Salesforce Chatter
- I'd say it is neutral ROI due to the fact that I personally didn't find Chatter to speed up my workflows. Often times it just felt like another tool I had to connect with teammates through instead of what most of us were used to like Hangouts or Slack.
Chatter Review - Does what it needs to, nothing more
- Helps keep a database of info and allows new hires to go back, search, and access content.
- Creates one central place for communication.
- Directly within Salesforce. Makes it easy to have everything in one solution.
- Allows transparency between the organization and all offices
Chatter does it's job but is often not used by employees
- Chatter has kept me accountable for responding to management about next steps on opportunities.
- Chatter has kept me involved in team polls by managers.
- Chatter has kept me up to date on my pipeline management and deal cycles.
Chatter at a glance
- Helps us keep track of accounts coming in and out, where to focus our sales energy.
A necessary, if not clunky, addition to Salesforce
- It's a good service to publicly note account changes, steps in the sales process, and documentation.
- Organization is a little bit better than what we had before.
- As with any software, its usefulness only goes as far as user adoption. It's tough getting everyone to use it the same way.
