- I have used multiple screening vendors over the course of my career and Checkr is by far the best.
- I frequently misspell their name - dropping the second "C"...
- I really wouldn't change anything. I like their platform.

- The ETA calculation to predict when screening will complete for each background check report is good
- The SSO is a huge plus point and helps us to seamlessly login
- the chrome extension comes in super handy to add and update information
- the Background Screening tailored for various regions save a lot of time in formulating the same especially if your company is spread across multiple regions
- when a background check is pending due to an outside cause, the estimated time doesn't always get updated. but their support is super responsive and helpful
- its slightly expensive
- occasionally the tool goes down for sometime

- Resist the temptation to inject politics into discussions regarding new products - - very bad taste in my mouth from some comments made by a member of the expungement product team during her pitch. The comments were politically charged and unnecessary. Happy to provide more detail if necessary

- Customization of some things can be a little lack, but that is more of a regulation issue not a company issue.

- The analytics section in the dashboard allows you to sort by geography and date so you fully understand where and when your applicants are applying.
- The training resources available to employees make sure that we are fully compliant.
- The dedicated account manager helps us through all hurdles.
- The analytics section is not fully customizable and some data has to be retrieved manually.
