- The amount of meetings scheduled per rep went up across the board
- More important than the amount of meetings scheduled was that, because the meetings were scheduled more quickly, the percent of no-shows to those meetings went down considerably

- Overall, it is a time consuming product.

- More demos held by simplifying the scheduling process. More demos = more opportunities
- Initial set up was frustrating and created a lot of mix up which allowed some leads to slip through the cracks early
