The sales manager has found the analytics piece very helpful, especially during training sessions and one-on-one meetings. We'd like to start gamifying the analytics for weekly/monthly prizes. Who can get the most engagement from their meetings, who has the most meetings, who asks the best questions, etc. We also create playlists for one another for training purposes, as well.

The biggest use for the team is the individual engagement tab which houses all the rep's calls. Additionally the analytics tab allows us to review different conversation skills and view areas of improvement. Playlist are also a helpful feature that allows us to group calls whether they be successful discovery calls, best objection handling, best demos, etc.

I use the scorecards to see which teammates have the highest closing percentage as well as positive calls. When going for my next position I have been using Chorus to review our top performers so that I can mimic what they are doing. I like the playlists for positive calls as well as follow up calls.

The feature we use most is currently playlists because they allow us to provide examples of what good looks like to new reps who are ramping. Playlists also provide important insights for our marketing team on the pain points of our prospects, which they're able to use as the basis for their content.

I use the snip tool a lot to send snippets of meetings to my colleagues when I feel there is something valuable for them to listen to from a recorded call but not waste their time having to listen to the entire call. The playlists feature is also great and makes it easier to search for specific types of calls.

I have not been part of this end of things, but I do know that my boss will make notes right inside Chorus.ai and it will email me the exact time stamp for where he made comments for me to go back and review. This makes a very good transparent communication between all departments

As a salesperson Chorus.ai help me to better my sales performance and accuracy on proposals I send based on everything the customer has mentioned during the calls. It's hard to quantify, but it definitely adds on the closing rate percentage. As mentioned before, I have the ability to watch as many times as I want a meeting and review everything that was said by my customers, being able to build better presentations and proposals to them.

I have used Chorus.ai at two different companies now. The use of scorecards has been something new and exciting for me to use. I like the ability to see how each call stacks up and knowing if it is a potential fit to keep moving the ball down the field.

Our whole sales department uses Chorus. It makes it easy to record meetings and demos and then share those recordings with clients and prospects. We also use the tool for analytics surrounding sales skills and communication. The coaching tool is valuable as it gives each user insight into their specific performance metrics as well as the team as a whole. Overall we are very satisfied with Chorus.

I don't personally use these since I am an Account Manager, but I could easily see our team sharing Chorus.ai recordings that have to upsell conversations in them. We have also shared with the sales team Chorus.ai recordings so they can understand a customer's onboarding journey better and their goals.

I currently use the coaching feature for my client calls to see where there are areas for improvement. One area I am working on improving is reducing the number of filler words that I use. I love the ability to return to a call recording and jump around to different parts of the call based on the snippets of words that Chorus.ai shows me!

Chorus.ai definitely helps us improve our processes by allowing us to review previous calls and demos. It also allows us to use previous recordings a training for other personnel in our organization. The knowledge share that it provides really helps us quickly grow our organization. It has been a key tool in our sales team.
