The use for training purposes is quite new in here, and it's seems to be working pretty well. That is saving time and resources from us, which is very important, considering that we are a StartUp with limited people. It also has a great impact if considering we are a global company, with people working remotely from everywhere, and with Chorus, our managers have the ability to see how we are performing as salespersons, and provide acurate feedbacks.

We have a weekly team meeting. We have been taking a call from each rep and going over that call. It is great to get positive feedback and hear what you could have done better or why didn't you ask this question to dive deeper into the prospect's pain point. Just a great way to continue to improve and get better.

Sharing with new hires to understand clients and processes. Sharing with products to understand issues or product requests. Sharing with Management for them to understand some irate customers. I have used it for training with my manager too.

We have a weekly meeting where everyone on the team shares a snippet from that week that they think would be valuable for other team members to hear about. Chorus.ai has increased collaboration amongst our team. It is also great for new hires, who can watch some client calls before taking the leap of making their own call.

We have been using this for all new reps for onboarding. The positive impact we have seen is ramp time has been reduced by 20% due to the ability to provide concrete coaching and feedback and allow reps to learn on their offline time.

I'm not sure if there are a lot of innovative ways we've used Chorus. We have a pretty standard practice, but it's very valuable for us so I don't think the lack of motivation is any indication of a lack of value.

Sometimes we are able to celebrate more and more wins during large team meetings or even smaller ones as we listen to people's calls from Chorus which is always a positive when we get to share people's success. Also, an innovative way that we have been able to use Chorus that has helped our organization is when we have shared our calls as a larger organization, there have been rewards given out by leaders since it helps our sales ops figure out what is working and what has not been working.

We didn't really realize how much Chorus would impact customer experience as much as it has had an impact on our sales process, team & training. We also have used Chorus to find moments of "voice of the customer" to turn those moments into additional content marketing assets--that was a surprising use case.

Able to share call clips with the team and present feedback on what should be improved instead of taking notes during my call was able to go back and review the entire Call before deal progression meeting w my boss- ability to have snippets was a huge plus and helped w feedback among colleagues

It's a very big help for our coaching team. The Analytics and Coaching tab are a great tool for them since the scorecard is already available from Chorus.ai. It made their job a lot easier and better. All the metrics they need to evaluate their AE's are already available.
