I have not had the chance to work with the Chorus by ZoomInfo support system. thankfully, everything has been relatively easy to use, and I have been able to find everything I need. Should it be any close to the way their support in the past has been with finding contact I imagine it to go very well.

I have not had the pleasure of working with the Chorus by ZoomInfo customer support team. In my organisation we have a team member who is trained on the Chorus by ZoomInfo tool and we reach out to this particular colleague for support. I will however say that this colleague of ours knows the tool back to front so it would seem as though they have been well trained.

The support teams for the ZoomInfo suite of products has been hit or miss. While the people are great, friendly, and try to help, they aren't always able to solve all our concerns. Such issues as the system coming into meetings a couple minutes after we begin hasn't been solved, and we were told this is just how the platform is meant to work.

The zoom info team seems to be quick and responsive if we ever have issues with the software. I have only run into it a couple times the zoom has not transferred information into our CRM software efficiently. This was solved by the end of the week without any other problems arising

I have not had the need to work much with the Chorus.ai customer support team since I have not ran into any issues using Chorus.ai. It really does help though to have a strong customer support team on the Chorus.ai side that my company knows we can reach out to when needed.

I personally do not have any experience working with the Chorus.ai customer support team. I was actually unaware of the knowledgebase, free training resources, and onboarding support that Chorus.ai provides, but will take another look as these sound beneficial to my growing team.

When it was just Chorus.ai, CS support was great. To be honest, I feel that once they got bought by ZoomInfo it has been an ABSOLUTE mess. This isn't Chorus's fault really.

- ZoomInfo is one of the worst organized companies on earth.

I haven't needed to work with the customer service team with Chorus.ai. I do know they are great with replying if needed. They offer free training and other resources like onboarding support if/when needed.
