Founded in 2015, Chorus’ Conversation Intelligence Platform identifies and helps revenue teams replicate the performance of top-performing reps by analyzing their sales meetings. When it was just Chorus.ai, CS support was great. To be honest, I feel that once they got bought by ZoomInfo it has been an ABSOLUTE mess. This isn't Chorus's fault really.

- ZoomInfo is one of the worst organized companies on earth.

I haven't needed to work with the customer service team with Chorus.ai. I do know they are great with replying if needed. They offer free training and other resources like onboarding support if/when needed.

I haven't interacted very much with our Support team, since I'm not a decision-maker and haven't had any issues with the tool personally. I have talked to our CSMs previously and they've all been very helpful!

To be honest I have not worked with the Chorus.ai customer support team that much, but as far as it seems from talking to my managers, they have enjoyed their experiences with them through turning on certain features very quickly as well as when they have issues like Chorus rarely being unavailable, they are able to get it up and running quickly.

Haven't used service from Chorus in quite a while but in the earlier days, I can say that I had a GREAT follow-through from the Support team when we had an issue. Several calls & follow up via email made sure that we got our issue resolved even though it took a good bit of back & forth.

Never worked for w support team or used any of the free training— wasn’t presented an onboarding session either def something that could be improved upon is awareness of resources at your disposal to get the best value out of chorus- recommend maybe setting up office hours that would be helpful

The Chorus.ai customer support team is very helpful. They sent emails and insights occasionally, and they would always provide an update on what was new with Chorus.ai. The free training offer is also a great way to be more knowledgeable about the tool. We also get updates on who's viewed our recordings.

The Chorus.ai CS team has always been a pleasure to work with and very quick to respond. We have a few Chorus.ai alums at our company now, so that has always made things a bit easier to deal with as well. Even in past roles, they have always been quick and professional.
