Our sales team mainly uses Chorus for call coaching for managers, reviews, & skill development via enablement. AEs will use it to re-listen to their own calls as well. Our Product Marketing & Product Management team will often use it to listen to calls around specific features or to share win/loss review clips.

We use Chorus.ai for recorded conversations with clients. It helps us review what we did good and what we need improvement on. With Chorus.ai it will auto log areas that need addressing in the future and give us easy access to coach and follow up on how the call went. It does a great job of picking up on follow up questions, and saving those on a dashboard for review. I personally use it to review a call in case I need to go back to the call and remember specific areas that we discussed. I would definitely recommend Chorus.ai to any organization

I am not aware if Chorus.ai is being used across the whole organization - to my knowledge, it is only used within the sales team. We primarily use Chorus.ai for its call & meeting recording capabilities. It is a good learning tool when onboarding new folks who can have access to a library of their peers' recordings - both successful and unsuccessful. Having the knowledge that your meeting is being recorded with Chorus.ai allows the conversation to happen much more naturally. There is no need to pause to write or type notes, because you can always go back and listen to the recording or use the call transcript feature that Chorus.ai provides. Chorus.ai makes handing off prospects or customers to the next person in the sales cycle, because everyone has access to the recordings and transcripts.

We set up Chorus.ai to record all demo/calls we present to customers, and that is being, in my opinion, of a great help for reviewing everything was said by the customers. Sometimes I forget something that was mentioned during the call, and Chorus.ai gives me the possibility to go back and watch everything that was said, which helps me to improve my sales strategy with the companies I am working with.
Our manager and director reviews our demos to understand if there are points that need to be improved when conducing a meeting with new customers. We also use the recording for training purposes when hiring new sales persons.

Chorus is one of our most useful tech tools. We use it daily for call review, handoffs, customer voice, and onboarding. Almost every member of the team has at least a listener seat. It's used in onboarding across the org to get folks up to speed fast on the product & customer voice. One of our best investments.

We use this in sales to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It helps when going to the next steps and getting others from the team involved with the potential deal. I like it to be able to go back and see if I missed anything and also prep for the next steps with the prospect.

Our whole sales department uses Chorus. It makes it easy to record meetings and demos and then share those recordings with clients and prospects. We also use the tool for analytics surrounding sales skills and communication. The coaching tool is valuable as it gives each user insight into their specific performance metrics as well as the team as a whole. Overall we are very satisfied with Chorus.

I use Chorus.ai for recording the calls I have with the 35 accounts I currently manage. I love having Chorus.ai join my calls because I then can focus more on what my client is saying, vs trying to write down and remember everything they are saying. Several times I have referenced my Chorus.ai recordings to see what was said and if I was understanding my client correctly.

I also use Chorus.ai for:
-learning about new accounts I'll be receiving when there isn't an Account Manager or Sales Rep here to update me on them
-re-watching older Chorus.ai calls to learn more about my existing accounts, to understand processes here when I first started, and to learn new skills

It is being used by several departments. Our department uses it for call recording for prospecting and demos with prospects. It breaks out the individual talk tracks and allows us to share the recordings with our prospects.

We use Chorus recordings for new hires, for note-taking, and for follow-up. It is incredibly helpful to be able to go back, and see all participants and when they spoke/what they said. When we have a new hire, we often point them to Chorus recordings to get familiar with customer conversations.

We used it for call logging and review in the sales department. It did not get used across the entire org and the company did not end up keeping it - but the system was easy to navigate and the AI was intelligent when trying to pull certain words. I think ideally it would have been more hands on setup with the sales leadership team to get an idea of how many conversations were including language we like to hear but it never got fully developed.

Chorus.ai is used by our SDR team, AE team, and Customer Success team.
We have call review sessions once a week with our manager, where we revisit challenging calls.
We also use it to review calls and make notes for each and every interaction with the prospect and update it on our CRM.
Our customer success team uses it to record and review calls with customers.

Here on the sales team at RollWorks, we record our external calls with prospects using Chorus.ai. We listen to and review each other's calls and use the feedback to improve our skills and also to share information during sales process handoffs. Our new hire program includes listening to example calls and helps new team members learn our product and process much faster.

My team uses Chorus every day to record external customer calls. It's really helpful for people as they take over accounts or for any customer escalations to be able to share the conversation verbatim and not rely on word of mouth to relay any important details. As far as I know, the whole organization uses Chorus.

The best use for Chorus.ai has been the call reviews. Chorus has made it so much easier to find recordings as well as access them in either a team playlist or individual playlist. The database of all the calls has helped our team share calls in team meetings over Zoom and help give each other feedback Once a week we do call listens with our team manager who coaches us through our calls and we all go and give advice on what we could improve. Chorus helps by showing the breakdown of percentage spoken by the prospect and percentage spoken by us. We also can find our best calls to share very simply by the filters of duration and who made the call. Lastly, we have to include links to our calls for any meeting we have set for AEs and others. Chorus makes this knowledge sharing very simple by allowing us to create playlists or by making easy-to-find links to share with others on our team and with other people in the organization.

Chorus helps us share knowledge, coach employees through customer-facing communication, & pass off customers without playing a game of telephone since we can easily search & share call recordings. We use Chorus across both Sales & Customer Experience & couldn't imagine how much important knowledge we would lose (about our customers & about how our employees communicate with them) if we didn't have Chorus.
