I appreciate having the AI conversation breakdown of Chorus by Zoominfo because Zoom's transcript recording doesn't do that. Chorus by ZoomInfo is nicer to share a recording of with colleagues and easier to snippet and share a few minutes from the call. However, I sometimes don't like the search functionality in Chorus by ZoomInfo.

Great for Sales Calls and Demos.

It has been great for our customer calls and demos, and when negotiating deals, because then we have a record of wants, needs, requirements, etc. but then it is also a safeguard if a customer has a specific complaint that we addressed previously. I think it's less appropriate for internal feedback calls, for the opposite reason. When giving feedback about a manager, or leader, it's important to have some anonymity to give a little extra security to the employees.

It's every day. I can't do my job without Chorus by ZoomInfo. I record every external call. I'm able to actually have a meeting with my prospect without stopping and taking notes. I also can play myself back and learn to improve. It's very helpful when you use it to explain to the boss or other departments, "no guys, really, he said this!!!"

When I do a discovery call with a customer and the customer is open to have the call recorded, it is very useful for me to get a transcript of the information shared and the action items right after the call has ended. I typically will share the link to the recording with my Account Executive, and also with the customer when they asked a demo of our product to be recorded.

As a CSM, the post-call summaries chorus provides help me keep action items and account history documented.

I love Chorus.

In terms of where Chorus is "less suited" -- sometimes more conscious customers ask us to turn off call recording. In those scenarios I don't walk away with a summary from the call. Requires me to take more detailed notes while on the call which renders me less present with customers who are talking.
