  • Easy to share with customers who want just a piece of a call.
  • Improves asynchronous productivity - not attending a meeting is not a blocker when I have a recording that has a transcript.

  • Absolutely reduces training and onboarding time!
  • Facilitates skill development at the individual level- where it belongs. Less need for quality teams and leaders providing rep level feedback. With Chorus.ai the employee owns their performance.

  • Biggest values I experience are an ability to listen to recordings to refresh my memory on conversations or provide notes to my clients, and for training on specific topics covered by colleagues where I wouldn't be able to join the calls to shadow.

  • Allows new CSM ability to participate and shadow calls that where made before they joined or when they are not available to participate or reviewing calls. Improves a new CSMs ability to experience calls they did not participate in and skip to import points in the calls.

  • The time savings of being able to give a new hire a recording of a well presented call is so much better than if I had to manually search for those.
  • Having a new rep watch a call in faster than real-time speed makes for more time to focus on good examples and less time on the non impact items.
