- Easy access to computer screen remotely so reduce time and efforts
- Quick and high speed browser that enables to respond and meet guests requests quickly
- Sort out computers issues remotely that enables us to maintain our computer healthy and Long lasting
- The biggest positive impact has been cost savings. There is no cost to install/use it
- It is available across a wide range of devices, which in any organization, there are already a host of all kinds of different devices that people use, so most anyone can utilize it on the device that they have
- It helps to save time from the IT department/technician point of view, since they really don't have to take the time to train users in how to use the software. It also saves the IT department time in not having to read through documentation to try and get the software to work

- Chrome licensing is better priced than MS, so this is positive.
- Utilizing multiple desktops to submit and monitor long-running batch jobs reduces the need for only 1 desktop to submit and admin job scheduling, this is also a positive.
- Patching is a negative, it is too often and too time-consuming.

The Handy Remote Desktop Software
- It has completely aided in remotely assisting users in our company
- Small install and huge help when assisting
- This has increased our response time
- Its helped us explore options for changing over expensive laptops to inexpensive Chromebooks.
- Chrome Remote Desktop is a great on-the-fly tool for multi-platform applications and has allowed us to easily access various systems remotely where we might otherwise have had to use several different programs per platform.
- One negative side has been that the setup is just not user-friendly and we've had to help less tech-savvy individuals set this up nearly every time.

- Since Chrome Remote Desktop is Free, no negative ROI other than sometimes frustrating interface from Mobile.
- For bigger businesses, look elsewhere such as Bomgar.
- For personal, Chrome Remote Desktop will fit the bill, since it is free.
