  • The positives is definitely a lot of customers now started using our solutions with Cisco, not just the other vendors that I'm talking about in specific Cisco. We have multiple customers. It's both mostly enterprise customers. So yeah, that's on the positive side.
  • There isn't much to speak about the negative side of it, but just that we are trying to ensure that Cisco is being more adaptive to any new adaptive networks that we will be receiving from the customers. So we need to support that. So maybe were just looking to see what it can support in future.

  • Useful for remote teleworkers at locations where network is needed just for a specified amount of time.
  • With a modem embedded into it [and] coupled with a SIM, this device can function as a WAN device, a router, and a switch, all-in-one, which has made us able to provision a network under a short period of time.
  • The Cisco [800 Series Integrated Services Routers, the] 819 routers, in particular, have saved time and money in terms of provisioning networks at locations where almost all service providers cannot provide connectivity.
  • Its 2 external antenna ports, modem, dual SIM, WAN port, and 4 switched ports have made it possible for us to save cost in deploying networks at very remote locations.

  • [It] drastically cut our costs for remote offices. In the past, we needed to rent towers and have microwave links tunnel traffic back to our primary offices.
  • [It provides] connectivity in locations otherwise unserviceable.

  • [We] saved money on [not having to buy] more pieces to bring [the] site online.
  • [We had] headaches getting the device to handle the advertised number of clients.
  • Some voice services can experience interruptions when [the] load is high.

  • The long-term stability is great, we have very few problems, resulting in low maintenance costs.
  • Configuration for almost all routers in the basics is the same, so there's a very short learning curve per model.
  • Running some models of Router for more than 10 years of stability, so the ROI with the devices is greater than expected on starting.
