In terms of reliability, Cisco AnyConnect is most likely as good as any other VPN in the market and therefore, I would rate Cisco AnyConnect's availability 9/10. The software is not very vulnerable to toughing and hence there is always an assurance of the remote connection as long as it is required.

It has been very effective in this area, with few cases of the unplanned outage that are mostly rated by the customers. It has many advantages and uses other than other common VPNs but it's very important to understand the problems and issues which till not solved yet. The major issue is there is no support system or no body is doing hypercare for clients or client organizations. Speed is good, but making a connection is worse, and nobody cares about it.

Using Cisco AnyConnect VPN is very easy all you need to do is click connect and you are able to begin working with the VPN secured knowing you do not have to worry about the inability to use your organization's network remotely, I have not found it difficult to use and another thing about it is you can easily integrate it to the other MFA tools.
