Their Customer support is excellent. Especially at the time of implementation it helped us very much. Response time is good and query resolution is faster. Support is available by both email and call. Team is well trained and very supportive. I will give 5 star rating to their customer support team.

Because whenever I log the case with Cisco support, yes they have come back with valid technical data. So this is what has happened and we could fix it in this way. That support will detail what happened and how to get it overcome very quickly. That's what I like. The support level we get is really good for the product.

Only because I am sure they can do some more work on it or maybe make it a bit better, especially when it takes a few go sometimes to connect automatically.

Their support team is extraordinary and quick responding. All support team members have great product knowledge and takes very minimum time for query resolution. Support is available on phone, emails, etc. As per my experience with their support team, I will rate them with 10 stars here because it was truly exceptional.

Cisco devices are complicated devices to set up, but the flip side of that once you set them up they will pretty much work forever. If you know how to use them and have become certified as a CCNA you will have no trouble. With this in mind, Cisco support will, regardless of your skill, help you with any issue that you may encounter. You may even be able to, with their assistance get your initial setup done with a lower-level technician and their support. But since Cisco is so standard you will always be able to find a Cisco Tech somewhere nearby any tech salesperson you source your gear from.

It has good customer support for all users to ensure they contact Cisco support for any deployment, infrastructure setup, or app-related issues. It has 24x7 support online, on call, and even email support for any queries and even support groups with various discussion topics on latest development and support online.

As usual, you will get very good support from Cisco, but the system rarely gives issues that are due to the Cisco systems. If you have an in-house IT team certified by Cisco, then support will never be necessary. This is the power of Cisco based implementations. The administration does require some knowledge of Cisco systems but is not necessary.

Cisco has been a market leader for some time in the Networking space, and the main reason has been their Support. Cisco TAC provides the best support in the industry. They can be easily involved in Priority 1 and 2 cases and help customers to resolve the issues quickly. Cisco TAC has some great engineers which understand the problem and customer situation well.

Support is not often needed for Cisco AnyConnect, as reliable connectivity and functionality are well-maintained. In the few instances that the support team has been contacted to resolve an employee-specific issue, the team has responded in a timely manner with effective support to resolve the issue. Updates to the software are also easily tracked, and there have been no compatibility issues found after upgrades or changes to other software systems.

Overall we are happy with the product as it's easy to use and very fast compared to other VPNs and also a very platform-friendly product that can be set up easily without the help of the person in the IT department of the organisation and very secure because of dynamic password.

There is a lack of support for Linux users. Therefore, I am giving this rating. The community also doesn't have solutions for the same. I have tried it on the debian-based OS such as Ubuntu, and the initial setup was terrible. There are no instructions also given on Cisco's website. For Mac and Windows, it has worked well consistently.

We have so far not received any major issue but once we had an network outage and we connected with the support team we had the resolution in a matter of time. I have given 9 rating because We had minimal talk with the support team and they understood the issue without having second calls.

While support is very good with lots of KB articles dealing with a variety of known issues, this can be a challenge if your Cisco subscription is not kept active. Client software is not available without a valid subscription. This can be quite expensive and hence my rating is lower as while the solution is very good, it is not a small investment to roll out and maintain.

It's a simple client and there is a lot of debugging information available if you need to pass it along to your internal IT department or directly to Cisco. Also, Cisco is a large company and has a lot of resources available through either their direct support channels or through online forums and knowledgebases.
