  • Compatible with mobile devices
  • Only [things] [I] see we are planning to acquire other company where there is around 300 users and they are using other technology and our management is planning to move [that user] to BE6000 will it support more than 1000 users its a question for us.
  • As of now I [don't] see any issue with the BE6000 so far.

  • It is an all in one solution that solves complex communication challenges for business[es].
  • Very powerful, with call processing, voicemail, as well as mobility services all on one platform.
  • Some Contact center functionality are not available.
  • All of the applications are managed separately, so it can be a challenge to learn and manage.

  • Platform is now unified with Call Manager. If you know one Cisco phone system, you know them all.
  • Setting up offsite mobility for Presence can be technically challenging.
  • Call manager can be complex. Experienced engineers required to maintain.
  • Easier wizard driven tools that are native may be beneficial.
