Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000) TAC support is great. Ticket management, communication, triage to the necessary support engineer, and knowledge in fixing issues are exceptional. Support has always been timely in resolving any voice issue we have put to them. we have had a few and no delayed responses from them.

TAC support is very good and responsive, whether it is during a deployment or during operations. Cisco's documentation on all aspects of the solution, be it hardware or software is very clear and easy to understand. An improvement needs to be done on documentation though as you would find typos that are carried over from earlier versions of the document.

Overall, the product provides excellent value for money. Our employees may interact at the same time on the Cisco Business Edition 6000 without disrupting the conversation. We have a significant number of employees that perform the same thing with calls, texting, and presence, and none of them have an issue.

Actually, I am in love with Cisco products as a telecommunication engineer. They offer great quality in the market and I always work with Cisco products. Cisco TAC is typically great in support. Often times, I always look for a way to get immediately to tier2. By the time I call into support, I’ve gone above and beyond the steps that tier1 will attempt. The great thing about support is there are escalation paths. Tier1 is helpful with end users that are managing their own systems. For those with experience, the TAC has multiple levels of experience.

I have a pretty good experience with the Cisco support. But we hat several numbers of Cisco TAC cases that were extreme difficult to manage. But at the end we found always a solution to implement. The knowledge and experience for this solution is existing and Cisco is working hard on this.
