We do some customization and manageability with the Cisco DNA product. The use of Cisco DNA does require an additional license, but it has made performing and scheduling of firmware upgrades easy. We are also using the auditing feature of DNA to help with the standardization of switch configs.

The Cisco Catalyst 9200 Series Switches allow you to create and configure Virtual LANs (VLANs) to segment network traffic based on different requirements (e.g., departments, security zones). They also allow you to customize traffic prioritization and bandwidth allocation for specific applications or services. Use of Access Control Lists (ACLs) allow the network administrator to define rules to filter traffic at the switch level.

We have benefitted, but sometimes the commands are hard to get pushed over using the built in web configuration, so we still end up resorting over to cmdline console options using SSH as that is always more consistent. We are looking to see which models will integrate with Cisco Meraki, as we already have that and want to deploy both.
