the day to day protection of the firewall features of layer 7 and the ATP.

also for those outside of the office, we rely on the client vpn that is tied to AD, so that random connections are secure. this is even more important with the COVID and the work from home model. we are also looking to go HA with a hot spare since it's such a key point of access now

The Technical Staff whom are mostly CMNA certified use the MX devices on a daily basis as part of the security services that we provide to a growing number of customers. The devices coupled with the Advanced Security License allows us to be proactive in our service delivery and manage multiple customers from a single pane of glass. Utilising the Advanced Threat Protection from Cisco Meraki a lot of the work is done for us, as they root our Malware and other threats every second.

They are the gateway to the internet as well as the link back to our main office. They now form a critical role in monitoring the network health of the site and make management an easy process with a single pane of glass view of the site. This means that issues are quickly identified and acted on.
